Some dates for your diary: I’ll be signing copies of The Flavour Thesaurus at the Heywood Hill bookshop, 10 Curzon Street, London W1J 5HH, between 6 and 7pm this Thursday, November 25th. On Thursday 9th December I’ll be signing at the Christmas Extravaganza at Waterstone’s Gower Street (82 Gower Street, London WC1E 6EQ) between 5 and 7pm: there’ll be “a jazz band, charity gift wrapping and festive refreshments and nibbles for all.” And on Saturday 11th December I’ll be giving a talk on flavour combinations as part of The Voyage of Epicuriosity at The School of Life, 70 Marchmont Street, London WC1N 1AB.
